Puls4 Vienna

Puls 4 Vienna opened its new studios in the Media Quarter Marx with a live broadcast of the first match in Group D of the Champions League – Real Madrid versus Manchester City. The visually appealing, state-of-the-art studios were equipped in a very short period of just under four months after the order was placed.

Studios 1 and 2 have floor areas of 500 m² and 220 m² respectively, with the large studio’s 8 m ceiling height making it ideal for all production requirements, including those involving an audience. The smaller Studio 2 is used for Puls4’s breakfast television programme and for virtual productions, among other things.

The large studio was equipped with tried-and-tested products such as MTS pole light hangers with a length of 4.4 m and a load capacity of 200 kg, PosiControl control and network technology from VNR, grandMA 2 light lighting control systems and grandMA on PC as backup, ETC dimmers, and spotlights from De Sisti and Nesys.

The entire infrastructure on the studio ceiling consists of system profiles as a substructure for suspending the rod hangers and TV-TRACK TT 200 running rails as point hoist running rails. The CYCLO-TRACK CT 70 horizontal rails are designed as 2-track systems with switches and a lowering station as well as a studio partition.
